Does Single Stage Regulator Need to be Removed to Replace with Dual Stage

Question:
I HAVE A 30000BTU WALL MOUNTED GAS HEATER IT HAS A FACTORY INSTALLED SINGEL STAGE REGULATOR ON IT I WANT TO USE A 2 STAGE REGULATOR WILL I NEED TO REMOVE THE FACTORY SINGEL STAGE REGULATOR TO USE 2 STAGE REGULATOR

Hey Billy, yes you would want to remove your current single stage regulator to replace it with a dual stage like the part # 108221. Once propane is regulated once there's no need to regulate it again.
