2006 PJ 18foot 10,400 GVWR rated flatbed trailer, 3inch axles at 35inch spread The 10K Timbren Silent ride suspension is 33? only the 7k or 14K are avaialbe with the 35inch spread. Would there be any issues with the 14K set up on my 10k rated trailer?

No, not at all Leon. Since your PJ trailer has a 35" axle spread you'll want to go with the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers item # TSR14K35T01. You'll be over capacity anyways if you go with the lighter item # TSR10KT02.
