I need a replacement hardware kit for Curt 31055 front mount receiver for 2005 Chevy Trailblazer.

Hello Andy,
You were on the right track! You do what to order the # RHK, right above add to cart you will see "hitch item number," you will enter "31055" then add to cart and checkout. By putting in the hitch number the warehouse will know what hardware to pull.
