Amp Draw For The Air Lift Towtal View RV Backup Camera System
Updated 12/30/2024 | Published 12/18/2024 >
Question:
Hi Andy, 1st things first. Thank you for all your Quality products and customer service. Just watched backup camera video. Because our little dash cam needs to be put on a 40 Amp fuse which I think is ridiculous, I have to ask, what are the amps this would need? Lastly please open a place here in Springfield Missouri so when I retire I can work for Etrailer.

Hi Tim,
The Air Lift Towtal View HD RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # AL35DQ camera pulls 240-420 milliamps (mA), with the average pull being 300mA. The monitor will pull about 250mA when plugged into a USB-C outlet.
I'm not sure when we'll be expanding again but we do visit Springfield quite a bit for different RV events so you should definitely stop by our booth some time when we're in town.
