Will Curt T-Connector Allow Trailer Lights To Be Synchronized With Vehicle Lights?

Question:
Hi! I just ordered Part Number: C56309 Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector will its turn signal output rate and period match that of the car? i.e., will the two flash at the same moment and be synchronized? TMI: Ill be connecting output to red LEDs co-located with the clear/white reverseinch housing inside the tailgate, so it will be really obvious if they dont blink in unison. TLDR: I already built a unit to perform the signal routing logic SPDT relays + programmable SPST relays, but will shelve it if the CURT unit has the same effect. Please advise? _Thanks!

Hey Kevin, thanks for reaching out. The Curt T-Connector # C56309 will allow the trailer lights to flash at the same time as the vehicle lights. So the brake lights and turn signals on the trailer will be synchronized with the vehicle lights. This will be the case for any custom fit wiring harness. The Curt # C56309 is custom fit for the following vehicles:
