I am sorry Nicole but I can not find any information on the d-46915 hub you referenced. I am going to need you to see if there are any part numbers stamped into the sides of the bearings. This would be the easiest way to identify a replacement. If you could leave that information along with your lug nut pattern in the comments below I would be happy to find you a replacement option.
If you do not have any part numbers stamped into your bearings you'll have to measure your spindle with a digital caliper like item # PTW80157. I have linked a diagram below that will show you where to measure.
