Could Brake Buddy Stealth Fit Under Rear Seat of Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Updated 12/16/2024 | Published 12/06/2024

Question:

I have a 2024 jeep wrangler rubicon 4 door, can I mount the break buddy stealth under the rear seat instead of under the driver seat?

Hey Steve, there really isn't a reason you couldn't mount the module of the Brake Buddy Stealth part # HM39530 under the rear seat of your 24 Wrangler Rubicon. It's not very big and I'd imagine there's more than enough room there for it.

The actuator box measures 14-1/2" long x 5-3/8" wide x 3-3/8" tall.

Is the cable from the box to the break pedal long enough

@SteveS Yes it will be long enough. We've had customer let us know that it worked great under their rear seat.

I tried on my 2024 4 door Rubicon wrangler and there is NO room maybe 1 inch. Had to mount under the driver seat toward the rear as there is no room closer to the front of the seat because of wiring and the power seat motor.

@Steve Gotcha, are you happy with it there?
