Best Way to Change Tires on a Tandem Axle Trailer

Question:
I am looking for a product to allow me to easily change my tires both while traveling, but also during general maintenance. Currently, I am due to have my fifthwheel tires replaced. This requires me to lift my 13,000 lb fifthwheel off all four tires ideally, or one tire at a time, to take the entire wheel off to then take to my local tire shop to swap out. Do you have a product that can accomplish this for my fifth wheel Im nervous about picking something that cant handle the weight. Its a tandom axel fifth wheel, with the axels mounted below the leaf springs. Any help would be appreciated.
