Electric Step and Running Board Options on a 2024 Hyundai Tuscon?

Question:
I have a 2024 hyundai tucson. The hight from ground to door ledge clearance is 19.5which a struggle to manage. Can your electric step be mounte under the car to go to the groung and allow approximately 3inch off the ground hight. Thank You for your help

Hello Larry.
I am sorry to hear that you are having a hard time getting into the vehicle. The Kwikee steps are intended for RV use only. We do have running board like the Romik REC-P Running Boards w/ Custom Install Kit - 5-1/2" Wide - Black and Silver - Aluminum # RMK87SR, but these are not going to be 3" from the ground.
I think your best bet would be to find a local fabrication shop that can make you something that will better fit your needs.
