No, you cannot use the # Y01151-5755 with a trifold tonneau cover.
The # Y01151-5755 is compatible with these retractable tonneau covers for you 2023 Toyota Tacoma 6 foot bed:
Pace Edward: # 311-KRTA09A37, # 311-KMTA09A37, and # PE37CV.
Retrax: # RTT-60852, # RTT-90852, and RTT-80852.
If you wanted a ladder rack with a tri-fold you could consider going with the Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 500 lbs - Matte Black # A79ZR, this is a stake mounted ladder rack which means that you would be able to use it with a tri-fold that mounts on the inside of the bed like the Lomax Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum - Black Diamond Mist # LOM55QR.
