No, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e42TR would not include the trailer wire harness. If you can tell me what the year/make/model of your vehicle is I'd be happy to confirm what would fit.

It is a 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6R wagon

@Deon For non-sport models you'll want the Tekonsha # 118467 and for sport models you'll want the Curt # C56111. These both have plug-in connectors that'll tie into your factory tail light connectors. The Curt harness will have you run a power wire up to the battery to prevent pulling too much from the tail light circuit. The # e42TR will not fit sport models, if you have one with a single exhaust we offer the # C11315.
