Which Thule awning will work on my 2020 f150 with a cap that is level with the cab of the truck. It has Thule cross bars mounted on the tracks on the cap.

Hi John; since you have a Thule roof rack on your 2020 F-150 truck cap you can use the following:
-Thule HideAway Awning - Roof Rack Mount - Waterproof - 6' 6" Long x 8' 6" Wide # TH490008
-Thule HideAway Awning - Roof Rack Mount - Waterproof - 8' Long x 10' Wide # TH490010
The only requirement will be the minimum crossbar spread of 36" for both so you can choose whichever size you would prefer for your setup.
