Can the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ballmount Be Set to Have Zero Rise?

Question:
What are the minimum rise and for this mount? The description and other answers only list a maximum. It appears that the tongue in the upward position would provide a zero-rise level tow, is that the case?

Yes, Troy you are absolutely correct. You can set the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ballmount item # C45901 to have zero rise or drop. Essentially making the ball mount level.
This ballmount does not include a hitch ball. Depending on your coupler size you will either need a 2" Hitch Ball item # 63845 or a 2-5/16" hitch ball item # 63847.
