Matt, unfortunately no the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC2828 is not going to fit your 265/65R-17 tires. Instead, I'd suggest going with the Titan Chain Tire Chains # TC2526.
These chains are going to fit your 265/65R-17 tires, has a square pattern, and has an a built in tensioner that make sure that you get a tight fit.

Hey Matt, how did the Titan Chain Tire Chains # TC2526 work out on your Tacoma’s 265/65R-17 tires? It’d be great to know if the fit and built-in tensioner performed well in the snow. Your update could make it easier for others with the same setup.
