I have a 2013 jayco travel 18bh I replaced a running light not realizing I had the hot and neutral wires connected to each other I lost all running lights corrected the problem wire wise still no running lights any suggestions

Hi Jose,
If you had a short in the wire it's highly likely that you just blew the fuse for the running light circuit and need to replace the fuse in your tow vehicle. Worst case scenario you could also have burned up the wire or damaged the lights and would need to replace them all as well, but I doubt that's the case.
I would start by checking the 7-way to see if each light function is coming through. If not check the trailer specific fuses for your vehicle and replace as needed. Once you know you have power you'll need to keep tracing the wires back to the lights to see where the power stops to find the issue. A multimeter # PT89ZR or circuit tester # PTW2993 is going to be needed to test for power.
