What Size Bunk Board Carpeting is Recommended for 2x4 Boards

Question:
What width of carpeting is suggested for 2 x 4 bunk boards? Do you have any installation videos? I have to replace the boards and carpeting, but already have treated 2 x 4 material, Also what material is used for staples and screws to fasten boards to swivel part of brackets? Thanks for your prompt input!

The 12" Wide x 144" Fulton Marine Grade Carpeting for Bunk Boards # FCR8012 will be perfect for your 2 x 4 boards. We don't have an installation video of this specific carpet kit, but I'm linking one from a similar item so you can see how it's done.
If you can use hardware that resists corrosion really well (like Stainless Steel) that would be best since you wouldn't have to worry as much about it corroding due to water exposure.
