Can Rota-Flex Pin Box be Used With Pullrite 2600 single point hitch?

No, it can not. A Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box like item # LC328330 can not be used with a gooseneck adapter style 5th wheel hitch like the Pullrite 2600.
