Need a replacement AC unit for a 13500 btu unit on a 2020 pioneer camper uint is thermostatic controled also can a heat strip be added? Unit being replaced is a Domestic would like to be able to connect new unit to present controlls

Hello Jimmy, thanks for reaching out. To replace your Dometic 13,500 BTU AC unit, I recommend the Furrion Chill HE # FR82PV. This is a 13,500 BTU unit just like your Dometic. The Furrion unit comes with a conversion kit which allows it to be directly compatible with your current Dometic AC system. So all of you ceiling registers and thermostat will stay in place and work exactly the same, only with colder air. A heat strip can be added, and for that use part # FR63PR.
