Question:
Will it come pretensioned? Or will I have to tension the rollers in the head?

Hello again Jeff; you wont' have to tension anything to install the # LCV000211447. All you're really doing is removing the cover from the head of the arm, removing the screw holding the existing roller, pulling the old roller and fabric, then reversing the process. I attached an installation video below so you can see the entire process.
