Question:

One of the two bolt holes on the passenger-side van frame is far too big for the bolt. A previous owner might have bored it to about 15 mm or more. Any suggestions for fixing this? I realize the van isn't your product, but I wonder if others have resolved similar situations. Thank you.

Hi Sean; so with that larger hole I'm assuming the weld nut is also missing. What you can do is use # 80101-1 along with a spacer block # RP3022 to fill the gap just like you do for the third bolt on the driver side frame rail.
