Question:
I have a 2010 Chevy 2500 and want to put in front hitch but my bumper is all metal, do you want a hitch that would go under it, I don’t want to cut it

Hi Mark; the receiver on the Curt # 31109 will hang down below your front bumper so you won't have to cut anything for installation. To answer your question about the double receivers on the back, you can use them both as long as you aren't exceeding the capacity of the hitch or truck. If you have an aftermarket hitch stacked under the factory then you will need to know the rating for each. If it is a Torklift like # TLC1205-30 it will have a single rating for the whole hitch.
