Will The Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers RM-2460 Work With 2" Lift Blocks?

Question:
I have a tandem axle 5th wheel trailer that has 2 inch lift blocks at each u bolt connection on top of the axles. Can I install the Roadmaster shock absorber kit on the 2 inch lift blocks?

Hello Terry; yes, the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers # RM-2460 can be installed on a 5th wheel with 2" lift blocks. There are extension plates that you can use or you can connect the shock absorbers directly to the mounting brackets to reach the 30 degree angle for the shocks.

Hey Terry, how did the setup with the Roadmaster Comfort Ride shocks go on your 5th wheel with the 2-inch lift blocks? It’d be great to know if the extension plates or direct mounting gave you the right angle. Your update could make it easier for others working with similar lift setups.
