Hey Fernando, for your 2022 Honda CR-V EXL with OEM rails I recommend going with the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Flush Rails # TH64QG.
These crossbars measure 50" long, will clamp onto your rails, and will work fantastic with a roof top tent like the # TH8001KSK04.
