I need a control modual for a maxx air vent model 1000t. Can you help? Much appreciated.

Hello David; I reached out to Maxxair and found that the 1000T is obsolete with no replacement parts available. The only option would be to replace it with a new vent like the # MA00-03801 you were looking at.
