Hello Travis. We do have some rear suspension enhancement option for the 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 cab and chassis. What I recommend for that is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR3500CA. These are 8,600 lb capacity rubber jounce springs. The link below will show you all of our suspension enhancement option for the 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 cab and chassis.
I did want to add that if your vehicle is a Dodge SPRINTER cab and chassis, we may have an option for you but I will need to know specifically what kind of cab and chassis or motorhome we are dealing with. Let me know in the comments below and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
