Hey Hans,
The K-Source Custom Flip Out Towing Mirrors # KS58BV would fit a 2018 Ram 1500 but would not be a fit for a 2022 Ram 1500. For a 2022 model there's only clip/slip on style towing mirrors available like the # LO34FR. For the chrome version of the # KS58BV you would need the passenger # KS60203C and driver # KS60204C.
