Hey Gregory, thanks for reaching out!
The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84546UC3 will work with #84 spindles and is a direct replacement for your HD1377 hub drum so they can be used interchangeably.
These will also work with the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles # T3584F-EZ-8974 you referenced.

Hey Gregory, how did things go with the Dexter hub and drum on your new straight axle setup? Did the fit with the 84 spindle work out as expected? Your update could make it easier for the next person working on a similar axle swap.
