Hey Jennifer it sounds like you need to replace the fitting and line going to the propane tank from the regulator. I am not sure what double regulator you are using but the MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail w/ Back Check item # 100833-15 has a 1/4" Male inverted flare fitting and is 1' long. We also have a 2' long one item # 100833-24.

Hello Jarred, Thank you for your response. I did however fix thee situation, you were absolutely correct though. Iwas curious though how both lines happened to suddenly be missing the peice that makes the penetrative seal on both tails. Also when I change the supply line to the tank and turn it on without a tank on the opposite side propane will leak out..it's there a problem with that and if so what's your advice ? Thank you, Jennifer
