Will a Tonneau Cover From a Short Bed Chevy Truck fit a Short Bed Ford Truck.

Question:

we have a cover that was on a chevy short bed, and we tried to place it on a ford short bed. We are having some trouble doing that, are they universal on the short beds?

Truck bed dimensions vary between brands. A short bed Chevy truck is going to have different dimensions than a short bed Ford truck.

If you follow the link I attached and select the year/make/model of your Ford truck you will see the different tonneau covers that are confirmed to fit your vehicle.

will a roll and lock tonneau cover from a 2005 gmc sierra fit a 2001 chev silverado

Doesn't look like any tonneau cover from a 2005 GMC Sierra will fit a 2001 Chevy Silverado. I'm attaching links to our selections for both that you can filter through though.
