What is the lightest weight car hitch bike rack that fits 4 bikes? My wife needs to put it on and off?

Our lightest 4-bike carrier is the Saris Bones, part # SA884, at 22 lbs. This is an entry-level bike rack with basic features. This bike rack will fit Class II and higher trailer hitches and you can add a hitch lock, # SA3022, and a cable lock, # SA981.
Another bike rack that you may be interested in is the Hollywood Racks Traveler 4-Bike Rack, # HR8500. This is a more economical option, but it does come with anti-sway cradles to keep the bikes from moving when you are driving. It also shares many of the same features as the Saris rack and you can add a hitch and cable lock with part # HRLHPTC.
