Troubleshooting the Wheel on the Fulton F2 Trailer Jack F1413050334 Not Rotating

Question:
The wheel does not rotate/swivel when pulling the trailer by hand. is this lubricated or have wear plate?

Hey Terril. It sounds like your Fulton F2 Trailer Jack item # F1413050334 has gotten debris in it or is broken. There is not a wear plate and it is internally lubricated but that's the gearbox which controls the up and down function. The wheel rotating and swiveling functions are controlled by separate bolts.
I recommend cleaning out the jack wheel and spraying it down with a lubricant like WD-40 to loosen up any build up and get those joints moving.
