what is the total height/measurement including the bracket on ss68dr blue sumo spring and also outside diameter of the spring.it is for my 2010 4runner 4x4

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SS68DR are 3 inches in diameter; the spring itself is 4 inches tall and 5-5/8 inches tall with the included bracket. I verified with the manufacturer for you that these are indeed a fit for your 2010 Toyota 4Runner.
