Can FWD 2022 Hyundai Tucson be Towed on Dolly

Question:
Can I tow a 2022 Hyundai Tucson FWD on a dolly. If you read the owners manual it very confusing, the manual states for 2wd vehicles, it is acceptable to tow the vehivle with the front wheels on the groundwithout dolliesand the rear wheels off the ground. Another paragraph states when being towed by a commercial tow truck and wheel dollies are not used, the rear of the vehicle should always be lifted, not the front, Is there an appropriate procedure for dolly towing. Doers the vehicle need to be left in nuetral with the steering wheel unlocked or can it be left in park when dolly towing
