Question:
I am trying to figure out if this kit will fit my 2017 Karavan boat trailer. Use will be saltwater and brackish, but probably 25 days per max. The trailer say 3,750 torsion axles, but I see most of these 3,500 kits say they will work for 3,750 rated also. The Karavan trailer slt-5800-db10-78-L The schematics say must fit bearing L68149 and L44649

Hi John; the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit # DE66YR will fit your 2017 Karavan boat trailer. Your bearing combination is standard for 3,500 lb axles, and typical when it is rated a bit higher at 3,750 lbs. The bearings are the most important part when it comes to fitment with these disc brakes. Even though they're rated a tad under the 3,750 lbs from your axle it won't make a difference with the stopping power so you're perfectly fine using them.
