Hello Carl. We do have some 10"x2-1/4" brake assemblies such as part # AKEBRK-35-SA which are the standard size. Everything we carry in this size has a 4 bolt brake flange. I have never heard of or seen a 3 bolt brake flange, and neither has anyone else here at our shop. It may be a very old or obsolete brake flange bolt pattern. Your best bet at this point will be to do away with the 3 bolt flange and either add new spindles, or add a standard 4-bolt flange like part # 4-35. keep in mind that adding new spindles or brake flanges requires special equipment and must be done professionally.

Hey Carl, did you end up switching to the 4-bolt brake flange or finding another option for your trailer brakes? Knowing what worked might help others dealing with an older 3-bolt setup.
