Is the front hitch when mounted the same height as the factory rear hitch.

When installed the Curt Front Hitch # C31068 will sit right under the front fascia of your 2011 Ford F150. Check out the picture I attached to see exactly what I mean.
The rear hitch on your truck will sit up higher than this hitch.
