Do DeeMax Calipers Bleed Same as Other Brands
Updated 08/28/2024 | Published 08/23/2024 >
Question:
Was wandering if the Deemax caliper for 10,000-16000 lb axle bleeds the same as usual when both calipers have the bleed screw in the same spot which means that the right side could potentially trap air because of the bleeder screw being to low .

Hey Paul, this a great question but the bleeder location on the DeeMax caliper part # DE83YR wouldn't be an issue for use on either side of the trailer. It will still bleed the air out and you wouldn't have to worry about the air not wanting to come out due to gravity.

Thanks for the reply ! I just was installing them for the first time and was concerned that it would trap air in the one side that has a slight down ward angle to the bleeder screw . Otherwise we really enjoyed installing the deemaxx system .
