Hey Douglas, thanks for reaching out!
The Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack # C18085 hasn't been rated and approved for the back of a travel trailer, and even if it was I would be recommending a different bike rack anyways. Curt does a great job at producing towing parts but they are severely lacking in their bike rack category when it comes to quality.
For your application I recommend picking up the Swagman Nomad Bike Rack # S36FR instead. Swagman is one of the more economical bike rack brands, but they have way more experience building bike racks and they've tested and approved this rack for use at the back of a travel trailer.
