Im looking to buy this vent, but would need to replace the vent cover with a low profile one. Like this one... ventmate-vent-lid-ventline-elixir-smoke is that possible?

I found the lid you referenced, the Replacement Lid for Ventline and Elixir RV Roof Vents # CAM40148 and I do have a roof vent system that it will work on, but the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-29 uses a different hinge system so it would not work.
You would want to get the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2110SP-24, this system can have a # CAM40148 installed on it.
