Towing Mirrors That Will Fit Factory Towing Mirrors On A 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:
I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado with the factory towing mirrors. Even fully extended, I cant see much around my 8 1/2 wide enclosed trailer. Do any of the clip on extension mirrors on your site fit on these mirrors? The videos all show you testing them on standard mirrors...

Hello Bill. The best option for a clip-on towing mirror that will fit the factory towing mirrors on your 2017 Chevy 1500 are the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # CM11980-2. These clamp on to the top edge of the mirror, so they can fit virtually any factory mirror. They are telescoping and can extend from 11" long up to 17-1/2" long. They have a 7-1/2" wide x 4-5/8" tall adjustable mirror surface. I know the videos only show the standard mirrors, but looking at pictures of the factory towing mirrors it appears fitment will be no problem.
