Hi Jess; the Yakima TimberLine Roof Rack for Raised Rails - HD Crossbars # Y68BB you looked at will allow you to mount a rooftop tent on your 2020 Nissan Rogue. However, I recommend getting the Yakima JetStream bars instead. These bars are super quiet so you don't have a lot of road noise like you would driving around with the HD bars installed. For the complete rack you need the # Y00425 and # Y33TR.
