Hello Lucas. Yes, the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack # TH83JV will indeed work with the etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e25TR on your 2021 Subaru Outback. There will be plenty of clearance between the rack and the bumper of the car and the tilt feature will allow you to open the rear hatch without removing the rack.
