I attached a link to a page that has all of the tire chains we offer that will fit the 265/70-17 tire size you have on your 2013 Toyota 4Runner. The part number you referenced has been discontinued. But for a similar chain you would want the Titan Chain Tire Chains # TC2228SCAM.
