i have a 2021 chevy colorado crew cab,i have the pace ewards swithblade for the 5ft bedshort bed the vinyl has torn away from the stapes which seems rusted and also its loose from the aluminum slats. this is the replacement part 311-TRPT1609-2103. my question is how many turns do i do on the drum with spring so that it retracts.

Hi Bobby; the Replacement Cover for Pace Edwards SwitchBlade # 311-TRPT1609-2103 is the correct replacement for the # 311-SWCA03A25. I reached out to Pace Edwards about the number of turns and they said 7-8 turns works best.
