Hello Tom. The MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR79ZR is for trailers with LRE suspension and rubber shear springs. It sounds like this is what you have, so please just confirm that your shackles are the 2-1/4" long (center hole to center hole). If so, this kit will work great for you.
It sounds like you are on the right track with the shear springs too. I have included dimensions for the # MR79UR shear spring below so please check to make sure this matches the springs currently on your trailer

Hey Tom, did the MORryde suspension upgrade kit and shear springs end up matching your Jayco Designer setup? Once you confirmed those measurements, did everything line up as expected? Your update could make it easier for others working on the same upgrade.
