Hey Jeff,
Yes, the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist # RR-RUSL is a very universal-fit design an would be compatible with Malone crossbars since their similar is size to Rhino-Rack's Vortex aero crossbars. The Malone crossbars are about 3/16" shorter in height so you'll have slightly more play but you'd still be able to use the assist.
