Hi Todd,
The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W wouldn't require a capture plate and would only require a wedge kit if you swapped out the Rhino Box for a rotating pin box. The only thing you might want to pick up if you don't have one already would be a lube plate # 16721 to help prevent the pin box from scratching up the head of the Companion and to make coupling a bit smoother.
