Can Yakima Skybox NX Cargo Boxes Fit OEM Crossbars of 2016 Toyota 4Runner

Question:
Will the Skybox NX 16 and/or the NX 18 fit on the roof of my 2016 4Runner and still allow the hatch to open? Further, will this box work with the factory cross bars or are they too low to use for this desired setup? I prefer to keep the mount as low as possible without hitting the roof at speed. Thank you.
