Recommended Brake Controller For A 2023 Honda Pilot

Hello, I need a brake controller for our 2023 Honda pilot for a one axle travel trailer. We do have a tow package on our pilot. Can you please help me figure out what all I need to install this properly? I was looking at the redarc with custom harness. Thx!

Hey Emily,
Redarc is definitely my number one recommendation when it comes to brake controllers so you're making a great choice. Assuming the Pilot has nothing currently you'll need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # C35ZV to have a 7-way.
From there you can pick up the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED74CR, which comes with a plug-in wire harness. If you have any blanks in the dash I recommend installing the controller in the blank for a more factory look, like what I have pictured below.
