Hey Jeff! The Replacement Head for Reese Weight Distribution System item # RP58167 you were looking at is our only option for trunnion bars. It works with Trunnion Spring Bars like item # RP22225. The head will have the capacity of whatever bars you use with it.
If you would like to comment below with some part numbers off of your spring bars I would be happy to confirm this is the right replacement head for you.
